By visiting our website, purchasing a course, joining a mentorship program, completing payment through Stripe, accessing any private community, attending any session, or using any of our educational materials, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Overview of Services
We provide education, mentorship, market commentary, training, community access, and learning resources related to cryptocurrency, trading, technical analysis, market structure, risk management, and general financial education.
Depending on the program purchased, the service may include live group sessions, private or group mentorship, recorded lessons, educational content, community access, chart reviews, Q&A support, trading education, market discussions, and other learning resources.
The exact details of the program may be described on the checkout page, invoice, payment link, sales page, direct message, email, or other written communication provided before enrollment.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All services, content, sessions, messages, videos, discussions, charts, examples, signals, commentary, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by us should be considered financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, invest in, or avoid any asset, cryptocurrency, stock, token, security, commodity, or financial product.
You are fully responsible for your own financial decisions. You should always do your own research and consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional before making financial decisions.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Trading and investing involve risk. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
We do not guarantee any profit, income, trading result, investment return, account growth, signal accuracy, specific outcome, or financial success.
Any examples of past results, market analysis, trades, charts, strategies, testimonials, screenshots, or student experiences are for educational purposes only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on many factors, including your own knowledge, discipline, risk management, capital, market conditions, emotional control, timing, and personal decisions.
By enrolling, you understand and accept that the program is an educational service, not a guarantee of profit.
4. Enrollment and Access
After payment is completed, you may receive access to the program, community, sessions, materials, private groups, links, recordings, or other educational resources.
Access may be provided through platforms such as Telegram, Zoom, YouTube, email, website portals, private links, or other communication channels.
You are responsible for using the access provided to you. Failure to attend sessions, read materials, participate in the community, ask questions, or use the support available does not create a right to a refund.
We may update the format, schedule, delivery method, platform, curriculum, or structure of the program when reasonably necessary, provided that the overall educational purpose of the program remains the same.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are shown before checkout. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is accurate.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Payment processors may have their own terms, policies, and security standards.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the full enrollment fee is due before access to the program is provided.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay all scheduled payments on time. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or removal of access until the balance is paid.
6. Refund Policy
Because this is a service-based education and mentorship program, the enrollment fee covers reserved mentorship time, preparation, program access, educational support, materials, sessions, community access, and availability during the program period.
Once payment has been completed and access to the program, mentorship, sessions, materials, community, private group, recordings, support, or educational content has begun, payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of participation, missed sessions, schedule conflicts, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with trading results, market losses, failure to follow the program, failure to use the provided resources, or because the client feels they have already learned enough from the program.
The program fee is not based only on the number of sessions attended. It also includes access, reserved time, preparation, community participation, support, educational materials, and the opportunity to learn during the program period.
If you have any questions about the program, pricing, access, or refund policy, you must ask before completing payment. By completing payment, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted this refund policy before enrollment.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, access, or the service provided, you agree to contact us first at shahfaisal@bloghuts.com so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the program may result in immediate suspension of your access while the matter is reviewed.
In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide the payment processor, bank, or card network with evidence showing your enrollment, acceptance of these Terms, payment records, access records, communication history, attendance records, screenshots, community access, materials delivered, and other proof of service provided.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to participate respectfully and professionally.
You are responsible for attending sessions, reviewing materials, asking questions, managing your own risk, making your own decisions, and using the educational resources provided.
You agree not to rely blindly on any information, example, opinion, chart, discussion, or market commentary. You are responsible for verifying information and deciding whether any strategy or idea is suitable for your personal situation.
You also agree that you will not hold us responsible for your trading decisions, investment decisions, losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, or financial outcomes.
9. Community Rules
If your program includes access to a private group, community, chat, or platform, you agree to follow the community rules.
You may not harass, threaten, abuse, spam, impersonate others, share misleading information, promote unrelated services, solicit members, or disrupt the learning environment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community or program if they act abusively, share private content, violate these Terms, or interfere with the experience of other members.
Removal for misconduct does not create a right to a refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, videos, lessons, messages, charts, documents, strategies, branding, templates, course materials, and educational resources provided by us are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may use the materials for your own personal education only.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, upload, share, record, publish, leak, reproduce, modify, teach, or commercially use any part of the program without written permission.
You may not share private group access, course links, recordings, screenshots, paid materials, or mentorship content with anyone outside the program.
Violation of this section may result in removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.
11. Recordings and Communications
Some sessions may be recorded for educational, quality, internal, or replay purposes. By attending sessions, you consent to reasonable recording and use of session content as part of the program.
You agree that communications may take place by email, Telegram, Zoom, website, Stripe, or other platforms used to deliver the service.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information updated and checking the communication channels used for the program.
12. Availability and Schedule
We aim to provide the service professionally and consistently. However, schedules, session times, platforms, and delivery methods may change due to availability, technical issues, emergencies, holidays, travel, market conditions, or other reasonable circumstances.
If a session is postponed, we may reschedule it, provide a replacement session, recording, written update, or alternative educational support.
A schedule change, platform change, or reasonable delay does not create an automatic right to a refund.
13. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
The program may rely on third-party platforms such as Stripe, Telegram, Zoom, YouTube, websites, email providers, trading platforms, charting tools, exchanges, or other services.
We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, technical issues, payment processor decisions, exchange issues, app problems, platform downtime, or third-party service failures.
You are responsible for having a working internet connection, device, email access, and access to the platforms needed to participate.
14. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency, trading, and investing are risky. Prices can move quickly and unpredictably. Leverage, futures, margin, and short-term trading can increase risk and may result in significant losses.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
You understand that any educational discussion of trades, charts, tokens, strategies, or market opportunities is not a personal recommendation and may not be suitable for your financial situation.
You accept full responsibility for any action you take based on your own interpretation of the information provided.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, financial, trading, investment, business, or personal losses arising from your participation in the program or use of our content.
This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, account restrictions, emotional distress, tax issues, exchange issues, technical issues, or reliance on educational content.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
16. No Professional Relationship
Your enrollment does not create an advisor-client, broker-client, fiduciary, legal, tax, accounting, or investment management relationship.
We are providing education and mentorship only.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and financial outcomes.
17. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, abuse staff or members, share private content, misuse materials, file a fraudulent dispute, or otherwise act in a way that harms the program or community.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not create a right to refund.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version available on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to your enrollment unless a change is required for legal, security, operational, or platform reasons.
Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
